- 10% Down for 2-units (one must be primary residence) with a 700 FICO
- 5% Down for Condo's that are primary residence w/ a 680 FICO
- 15% Down on manufactured homes - primary or second home with 680 FICO
- 10% Down on single family second homes with 720 FICo
- Re-fi at 85% LTV on primary
